Welcome to the Association for Dental Education Montenegro (ADEM), an organization dedicated to advancing dental education, encouraging professional development, and creating opportunities for dental students to learn, connect, and exchange knowledge in an international environment.
Through our commitment to education and collaboration, ADEM aims to create a platform where future dental professionals can develop both their theoretical knowledge and practical clinical skills while building meaningful connections with colleagues from around the world.
Our flagship educational program, the ADEM Urgent Dentistry Summer School, brings together dental students from different countries for an intensive educational and social experience in Montenegro.

The central focus of the summer school is Urgent Dentistry, with a program designed to combine theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on learning. Through expert lectures, interactive sessions, clinical case discussions, demonstrations, and supervised workshops, participants have the opportunity to develop skills that can be applied directly in their future dental practice.
The program covers a wide range of important areas, including Emergency Dentistry, emergency management in the dental chair, essential medications in dentistry, suturing and management of bleeding, dental radiology, OPG and CBCT interpretation, artificial intelligence in dentistry, emergency endodontics, restorative dentistry, and root canal treatment.

Beyond the classroom
A summer to remember.
At ADEM, we believe that dental education should go beyond the classroom. That is why our summer school combines learning, practical training, networking, cultural exchange, and social experiences. Participants will not only develop their clinical knowledge and skills, but will also have the opportunity to explore Montenegro, experience its natural beauty, visit Tara Bridge and Tara Canyon, and take part in a three-day program in Žabljak.

With a maximum of 30 participants per group, we strive to create an interactive and engaging learning environment where every student can actively participate in practical sessions and benefit from meaningful interaction with lecturers and fellow participants.
Our vision is to bring together motivated dental students who are eager to learn, share experiences, challenge themselves, and build connections that can continue long after the summer school ends.
