The early registration fee is available until 25 December 2026, or until all early-registration places are booked.
Late registration fee

From 26 December 2026
The late registration fee applies from 26 December 2026 onwards, subject to availability.
100% refund until 25 January 2027
If you decide to withdraw from the summer school, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded until 25 January 2027.

- Pickup and transfer on the arrival day from Podgorica Airport, train station, or bus station in Podgorica, from 07:00 AM

Apply & receive your acceptance
After submitting the application, the ADEM team will review the application. Accepted participants will receive an Acceptance Letter by email.

Receive payment details
All necessary information regarding the registration fee and payment process, including the bank account details for the payment, will be provided to accepted participants by email.

Confirm your participation
Participation will be confirmed once the registration fee has been successfully paid.

Payment instructions will be provided by email upon application.
The registration fee is payable in EURO (EUR).
Accepted participants will receive all payment instructions and necessary bank details by email.
Payment will be made via bank transfer to the official bank account of the Association for Dental Education Montenegro (ADEM).
Participants are responsible for any bank fees or additional charges associated with the transfer.
Refund and cancellation
We recommend that you complete your payment promptly in order to secure your place at the ADEM Urgent Dentistry Summer School.
If you decide to withdraw from the summer school, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded until 25 January 2027.
After 25 January 2027, refunds and substitutions will not be accepted.
Due to the limited number of participants and the organizational costs associated with the program, all registrations are considered final after the refund deadline.
